Working D23 Expo as part of Disney’s Corporate Creative Resources Core Team, I had the incredible opportunity to oversee VIP and reserved seating, as well as event access control. Managing high-profile guest experiences in one of Disney’s largest fan events required precision, efficiency, and top-tier guest service. From coordinating VIP arrivals to ensuring seamless access to exclusive panels, I played a key role in maintaining the flow and organization of high-traffic areas. The role demanded quick problem-solving, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail—all while upholding Disney’s legendary standard of excellence.
